PO Genie - Terms and Conditions

1. What the App does

PO Genie connects to your Sage Accounting (formerly Sage One) account through the Sage Business Cloud Accounting API. It imports your quotes and helps you generate branded purchase orders.

The App is organised per organisation. Each organisation’s data, settings and Sage connection are kept isolated from every other organisation.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your account credentials and for the users you invite to your organisation.

You must have the authority to connect the Sage account you link to the App.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are as agreed at the time of subscription and are invoiced by Sesseto Ltd. Invoices are payable within the terms stated on them.

We may suspend access for non-payment after giving reasonable notice.

4. Your data and Sage data

You own all data you import into or create within the App, including data retrieved from Sage. We process that data only to provide the App, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your use of the Sage Business Cloud Accounting API is also subject to Sage’s own terms.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the App unlawfully, attempt to access another organisation’s data, probe or attack our infrastructure, or resell access to the App without a written agreement with us.

6. Intellectual property

Sesseto Ltd owns the App and all related intellectual property. You retain all rights in your own data and branding.

You grant Sesseto Ltd a limited licence to store and process your data solely to operate the App for you.

7. Availability and support

We aim for reliable availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party services including Sage’s API, and events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination

You may cancel in accordance with your subscription agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access for a material breach of these Terms or for non-payment.

On termination, your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you in advance of any material changes.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
